The only thing [that] needs [to be done] before using it is to write down some information about yourself so it knows how many kilometers/miles did you do and other useful information of yours. ShapeUp Club – If somebody like me wants to track everything they do and get motivation from that, then this is the app for them! It shows you your progress and calculates how many calories you burn after each workout.
